The Industry was founded by Lindsey Ryan in 2022 out of a genuine love for hospitality and bringing people together.

After years working in the food and beverage industry, Lindsey realized that the best events aren’t just about beautiful spaces or great drinks — they’re about the experience. The energy of a great party, the connections between guests, and the people behind the scenes who make everything run seamlessly.

With that in mind, Lindsey created The Industry to provide professional, reliable event staff who understand that great service can truly elevate an event.

Today, Lindsey runs The Industry alongside her fiancé Aaron, who brings extensive experience in the hospitality and catering world, including previous work with several event staffing companies. Together, they share a passion for creating well-run events and delivering exceptional hospitality.

From weddings and corporate gatherings to backyard celebrations and milestone parties, The Industry provides experienced bartenders and event staff who show up polished, prepared, and ready to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
